本サービスのアプリが動作するiOS端末。

11. 特別条件

本サービスは、特定商取引法に規定されるクーリングオフが適用されるサービスではありません。
お申込順に人数限定でご利用いただけるサービスを提供する場合があります。

12. 瑕疵責任

法令の適用その他の事由により、当社がお客様に対して過失による責任を負う場合（故意又は重過失による場合を除く）、当社のお客様に対する損害賠償責任額は、100円又は損害が発生した月に商品に対してお客様が実際に支払った金額のいずれか高い額を上限とします。

12. Liability for Defects

If we are liable to the customer for damages due to negligence (excluding cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence) based on legal requirements or other reasons, our liability for damages shall be limited to the higher amount of either 100 yen or the amount actually paid by the customer for the product in the month the damage occurred.
